Well well... it has been a moment since i lasted blogged. I figured it was time. I am currently fresh of a win in Philly. Defeated Jeff Cartsen in 48sec by rear naked choke. I am getting ready for my fight June 6th at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, MO. This is my first fight under a big organization. Training at ATT!

Man where do i start! I took a week off from coaching and I got a chance to head down to Coconut Creek, FL to train at ATT's Headquarters. I lucked up and pretty much everyone was in town. Finally

Finally, finally, FINALLY I got to join the pro ranks! Its been a long time coming. I've had 5 shows cancel, multiple opponents pull out and missed making TUF9 by a chin hair ( not Ben's either). But God is a faithful God, and the saying " Things Happen for a Reason" is not clich! I was able to make my pro debut in Columbia where my collegiate wrestling, amateur MMA, and now my pro career all started....Click here to read more!

The next morning i got a quick workout in with Din. I showed him ways to escape when guys take him down, and he helped me work on slipping punches and foot work. It was a great trip.
